What is Justice poker?
Justic Poker is a highly engaging poker application built to deliver a trustworthy, fast, and user-friendly poker experience for casual players and professionals alike. The design objective was to remove decision friction, reduce anxiety around real-money play, and create a fluid, intuitive experience across game formats such as Cash Games, Tournaments, Freerolls, and All-In Fold.

🎯 THE problems
Poker apps are inherently high-pressure experiences, where users risk real money every time they play. Existing platforms often suffer from:
Overloaded table information
Overcrowded tables, excessive information, and slow UI responses distract users from decision-making and negatively impact gameplay confidence.

overwhelming App navigation
Poor content hierarchy made it difficult for users to quickly discover tournaments, offers, and key actions, increasing friction and early drop-offs.

No Mobile-First Responsiveness
The experience was not designed mobile-first, resulting in cramped layouts, inconsistent spacing, and hard-to-reach interactions on smaller screens.

Visual Hierarchy & Engagement
Static visuals and inconsistent imagery failed to capture attention or guide users effectively through key sections of the experience.

Original Experience (Before Redesign)
Cluttered Tables: Weak visual hierarchy caused misclick anxiety and slowed decision-making during real-money play.
No Intent Layer: Users were dropped directly into a crowded lobby, forcing multiple decisions at once and increasing early drop-offs.
Missing Leaderboard History: Lack of performance tracking reduced motivation and long-term engagement.
Unclear Transactions: Wallet flows lacked transparency, leading to trust issues and support dependency.
Fragmented Navigation: Disconnected screens broke gameplay continuity and re-entry flow.

Rather than adding new features, the focus was on organizing existing systems and humanizing the real-money poker experience to reduce friction and anxiety.
📱 Redesigning the SCREEN
Home — Instant Access
Design Goal: Get users into gameplay within 2–3 taps.
UI Solution:
Balance and quick-play buttons always visible
Format cards with clear icons and labels
High-contrast CTAs to reduce confusion
UX Impact: Reduced decision friction and higher session starts.

Wallet & Transactions — Clear Money Flow
Design Problem: Users don’t trust ambiguous flows.
UI Solution:
Transparent transaction states (Completed, Pending)
Simple deposit/withdraw buttons
Progressive KYC without blocking
UX Impact: Increased wallet conversions and reduced support queries.
Tournament Lobby — Instant Access
Problem:
Users struggle to compare multiple games and miss relevant matches.
UI Solution:
Segmented tabs (Ongoing, Featured, Upcoming)
Card-based layout with key details upfront
Visual tags for popularity and high rewards
UX Impact:
Reduced cognitive load and higher match selection rate.

Leaderboards — Motivation & Transparency
Problem:
Players don’t understand rankings and feel disengaged.
UI Solution:
Clear ranking logic and timeframes
Highlighted user position
Reward visibility tied to performance
UX Impact:
Higher repeat play and competitive engagement.
Poker Table - designs & Elements
Players often struggle to maintain clear game-state awareness during fast-paced hands, as excessive on-screen information, weak action feedback, low visual contrast, and inconsistent table behavior across formats increase cognitive load, eye strain, emotional stress, and uncertainty—especially in high-stakes moments.
